All teams eligible for the TOC should RSVP as soon as possible, including those shown as "invite only" status (see the standings). Either send me an email at cast@cast4bass.com, call me, or post in this thread.
ENTRY FEES must be recieved by September 15, 2007 !!!!!!
Ease off and weigh in will be at Summer Breeze Resort, located on the SouthEast part of the lake. There is an access there, but it is currently unusable for bass boats due to low water level. It is pretty shallow out in front of the resort as well, with a rubble bottom, so watch your props coming in there. Maybe we'll get a bunch of rain by then and it will be better, but I wouldn't count on it. The public access is located just west of the resort off of county road 11. There is limited parking there, but we have the ok to park at the resort also if it gets full. There should be room at that time of the year, but you can launch and have your partner drive over to the resort if we run short of space.
Ease off will be in reverse order of where your team is positioned in the standings. First place will go last, etc.
Year end awards will also be given out at the end of this tournament, so plan on sticking around for a little while after the weigh in to support your fellow anglers who will be receiving these awards. Thanks.

My son has volunteered to help launch and load boats for this tournament. This will allow boats to be launched and move on to the resort and let the next boat launch. The launch is such that only one boat can sit in the water by the dock at a time, and would require you to launch, park boat, park truck, and get back to your boat and move it before the next person can launch.
Same with loading. This way, he can launch you, park your rig while the next team gets there boat backed in and then he can take over from there. After weigh in, he will be there to back trailers in so you won't have to pull up, get your truck, etc.
So, I suggest marking your keys - name and truck license. He'll just keep your keys, and when you come back after weigh in, yell out your name and he'll get your truck for you. If you're not comfortable with this, just let him know at the launch and do it yourself.
Hopefully his plans won't change and this will help out.
PS - he says he'll accept tips, lol.
